MYOB file owner and 2FA

Greetings,

 

I am having issues when using the 2FA with my updated (Google) Authenticator.

 

The file owner (email) login is required when performing certain actions. I tried to login with the file owner login, but my updated Authenticator stopped showing the authentication codes for the additional file owner email address. This wasn't the case with the old MYOB Authenticator.

 

If I privately share the required details, could I please request  back-up codes to access the 2FA setup again.
