MYOB logging out several times a day

Please be advised I am posting another error log.  MYOB is still continuing to log all of our users out several times per day.  We have cleared cookies etc as advised by your last post to us.  It doesn't seem to have made a difference. It is now becoming very difficult to process payroll because of the system continually logging out.  Please advise as a matter of urgency.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are being impacted by these errors. I can see from the error log you provided that you are receiving System.InsufficientMemoryException errors.

    Changes have been made in 2020.2 to help mitigate these errors so I would recommend upgrading as soon as possible. 

     

    If you are unable to upgrade or have any issues please do let me know so we can troubleshoot further.
