Our monthly subscription has been charged to us 4 times this month - 4 x $136.00

Hi there, 

 

I'm trying to call about an issue today to your number but I can't get through from it, the selection that I'm choosing (existing customer press 3) keeps playing me the same instruction and does not go anywhere.

 

Our monthly subscription has been charged us 4 times this month, which I believe is an error!

 

Can someone get back to me to have the 3 x extra charges refunded?

    I understand that you need help with a billing query and we have the right team for that. If you have concerns with your MYOB subscription, you can log in to My Account and click Contact Support to submit a support request. We also have Live Chat on our Contact Us page. You will just need to answer a few questions before you can get connected with a live agent.
