Thanks for your post and Welcome here in the Community Forum. I hope you find it a useful tool.
Generally this error is caused by data which has been cached in temporary files. To troubleshoot can you please try the below:
1. Please go to the control panel and select Internet options
2. Under browsing history please select delete
3. Then please select the options displayed below and click deleteCan you login to your file now ?

If the above didn't work, can you please option Internet options again from the control panel and click Settings under the General tab.
2. Then select View files:
3. Delete the contents of the folder.
Once you've done the above can you login ?
