Unable to Print any Report

Using Account Right Online, I cannot print any reports. The Print button loocated in the File tab is half shadowed.

 

I can print other documents from my PC

    Are you able to print those reports to PDF ? If possible, please attach a screenshot of the button that is greyed out ?

      Find below screenshot with Print button half shadowed. I can use the PDF function to save and print invoices.

        Hi mortdale 

        The Print button won't be activated until you click on a specific transaction from this window. As an example, you will have to go to "Sales Register" or "Print/email invoices", etc. to open transactions and print them. If you have further questions on this, do let us know.
