Can't Record Journal Entry

Trying to post a journal today, (after upgrading to AccountRight Plus 2022.7.0) and I keep getting an error message: Something's Gone Wrong and AccountRight Needs To Close.

 

Have tried multiple times and on different computers with no difference.

 

I have a time critical job that needs to be completed and have several journals that need to be entered ASAP. MYOB, this needs to be fixed now!

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Our developers are currently investigating and we do apologise for the inconvenience. In the meantime, entering those journals in the browser will allow you to record them successfully.

  • I have the same problem today, May I know how to process by entering those journals in the browser?

    It seems the problem is only when you try to record a recurring journal. Recording a new 'non-recurring' journal in the desktop version of MYOB still seems to work fine. A bit of a hassle but at least you can get the job done.

    Hi Agnes100 

     

    To record a general journal in the browser, access your file in a browser by clicking on Open in web browser from the desktop Command Centre or go to app.myob.com. Click on the Accounting menu and select Create general journal.

     

    Please let me know if you need further help.

  • I stop to use recurring journal entry and use non-recurring one is work now.

    Hope it will be fix asap. Thanks!
