It sounds like you're stuck on the "My Businesses" screen and unable to proceed. Have you tried refreshing the page by clearing your browser cache or logging out and logging back in? Sometimes, a simple reset can resolve these types of issues. Please make sure that you log in to app.myob.com.

Thanks for your reply Princess_R. Unfortunately after refreshing, clearinbg the cache and trying another browser, im still stuck on the my businesses screen.
