Chat box symbol

When I print details of an electronic payment (from the screen), the chat box symbol now covers some of the information.  That didn't use to happen.

 

Is there a way to remove the chat box symbol or is there a report for each electronic payment?

    Thanks, but my query isn't about changing or fixing electronic payments.

     

    It's about printing the details of an electronic payment.  I think there's been an update that results in the chat box symbol now appearing in the screen showing the payment details https://app.myob.com/#/au/828622c4-7452-46f2-861a-59d8b1ce31b6/electronicPayments/16830.  When I print from that screen, the chat box symbol covers some of the payment details.

     

    I can't see a report for electronic payments.

    Thank you for your post, I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum, I hope you find it a valuable resource.

     

    Could you please specify which chat box icon you're referring to? As for the electronic payment that you can't see, You can go to Banking>>Reconcile Accounts, and check if EP (electronic transaction) is ticked. If yes, please untick it and try to look for it on the Bank feeds screen as it should then appear.

    I can see the electronic payment.

     

    What I want to do is to print the details of the electronic payment (it's a batch of supplier payments).

     

    Is there a report that would include those details?

     

    Previously, I would print from the screen.  But, after the latest MYOB upgrade, the chat box symbol covers up some of the details.  

     

    Can the chat box symbol be removed?

    Hi gpritch 

     

    Thank you for getting back to us and provide an update on the issue. 

     

    The Electronic Payments Register report displays the Electronic payment transaction, and as such, only shows the total amount paid. For a list of the invoices included in a payment you'd need to print a report that displays the Pay Bills transaction. The supplier Payment History displays all invoices included in a payment and the payment total so may be what you're looking for.

     

    Additionally, I'm not sure what the chat box sign you're referring to is. I'd appreciate it if you could send me the Chat Box screenshots.

    Thanks, Celia.

     

    It's not the invoices details I want to print.  It's the payees details I want to print.  The electronic payment is a batch of supplier payments.  

     

    I can't see a report that includes the payee details for a batch of supplier payments.  Previously, I could print from the screen but now the chat box symbol covers some of the payee information in the Amount column., as attached.

    Thanks for coming back to us and provide the screenshots. 

     

    It appears that your screen is not minimized based on the screenshots. Please attempt to reduce the size of your screen. Please check your account transactions as well. You have the option to link your clearing account for electronic payments, and all of your electronic payment's transactions will appear on that page along with batch supplier payments. 

     

    I'm hoping this solves the problem. Let me know how you go and I'm happy to assist.
