2FA no longer required for sign in?

Our office/users have the same experience, no log in details or 2fa required...

Just to mention, if you log out as suggested via services, you cannot log back in again unless you restart your computer as the program just loops the signing pages.

we need an option to either use 2FA each time we open the file or stay signed in for a length of time

I found the below instructions, to update security, but can't find the security settings to do this?

Has anybody got any results for the 2FA to be entered for every login please?

1. Log in to your MYOB Business account.
2. Go to the Security section in the Account Settings.
3. Enable two-factor authentication, if it's not already enabled.
4. Select the option to require 2FA each time you log in.
5. Save the changes.

Once you have set up the 2FA, you will need to enter the code generated by the authenticator app or sent via SMS for each login. This adds an extra layer of security to your account and helps prevent unauthorized access.

We really appreciate the patience shown whilst we investigate this for you all.

There are 3 staff members here (including myself), we were all able to log-in without using passwords or 2FA.

One tried the suggestion of logging out via service, but then was not able to log back into MYOB at all as the log-in kept looping. He had to restart his computer to be able to log into MYOB.
