Employee cant access MYOB Team

Good Morning,  I have 1 employee that cannot access MYOB Team.  The employee is in the team but due to her phone provider is unable to join.  How do we get around this?  All our other employees have been able to login successfully.  TIA.

    Thank you for your post and patience for our delayed response. If the issue of accessing the MYOB team app is isolated to a single employee due to their phone provider, it might be beneficial to discuss with them the best course of action. They could consider switching their phone provider or consulting with their current provider to see if there are any adjustments that can be made to their settings to facilitate access to the MYOB team app.
