Issues Processing Australian Retirement Trust via MYOB Super Pay
Hi all,
Has anyone else experienced issues when processing payments to the Australian Retirement Trust?
We’ve encountered a problem while trying to submit the Jan–Mar superannuation payments through MYOB Super Pay.
The system displays the following error message:
"One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments. Find out more."
Unfortunately, the message doesn’t specify which fund is causing the issue. As a result, I had to process payments individually for each super fund to identify the problem, which was quite time-consuming, especially with over 200 employees enrolled in various superannuation funds.
If anyone has found a workaround or has encountered a similar issue with this fund, I’d appreciate your experience of solving this issue...
