Issues Processing Australian Retirement Trust via MYOB Super Pay

Hi all,

 

Has anyone else experienced issues when processing payments to the Australian Retirement Trust?

 

We’ve encountered a problem while trying to submit the Jan–Mar superannuation payments through MYOB Super Pay.

The system displays the following error message:
"One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments. Find out more."

 

Unfortunately, the message doesn’t specify which fund is causing the issue. As a result, I had to process payments individually for each super fund to identify the problem, which was quite time-consuming, especially with over 200 employees enrolled in various superannuation funds.

 

If anyone has found a workaround or has encountered a similar issue with this fund, I’d appreciate your experience of solving this issue...

    Hi Jade79,

     

    You are right— reviewing each super fund individually would be time-consuming with more than 200 employees. Instead of checking each one manually, a more practical approach would be to process super payments in smaller batches. This way, you can narrow down which batch holds the inactive super fund and pinpoint the issue more efficiently.
