MYOB Team- Unable to add employee

Hi all, I have this employee that I was unable to add into MYOB Team. I've tried deletinng and addding again, but still the same. The name appears in MYOB Team, it let me select when I want to add employee but it doesn't add in after I selected it. I was able to add another employee. All the details are entered correctly. 

 

Plese help.

    Hi Lin_Siew 

     

    Thank you for your post. The employees do need to be hourly employees (not salary), so you've set up one employee as hourly and this one as salary, that would possibly explain why you are not seeing them to be added to MYOB Team.

     

    If it is not that, I recommended checking the following Help Article that guides you through how to set up an employee to confirm if it is set up correctly: Getting started with MYOB Team.
