MYOB Team
Hi,
- Is there any way to shorten the list of Job available for selection of the timesheet entry for different employees?
- After the employee filled in the timesheet, can I view it in the payroll section (under enter timesheet) of MYOB on my desktop instead of the MYOB Team admin portal?
- After the timesheet is been approved, can I still make amendments in the enter timesheet function of MYOB on my desktop before processing payroll? Just confirming that after the timesheet approval, the payroll can still process as one without the MYOB Team?
- As an administrator, do I get notification that a timesheet have been submitted for approval? Or that timesheet have been approved? Or do I have to set this up and how?
- Is there any changes in regard to timebilling function with the use of MYOB Team?

If you’re using MYOB Team, you won’t be able to view the timesheets in the desktop version – you’d manage them in the MYOB Team app or browser. But don’t stress – when you process payroll in the desktop version, it’s the same process as enter timesheet, except you don’t need to manually key in the timesheet details.
As for approving managers, yep, you can have more than one. Any of them can approve the timesheets, and there aren’t restrictions attached – it’s all about making it flexible for your team. See the detailed process here.
