MYOB Teams - new staff member

I have entered a new staff memeber however they are  it showing up on team. They are in teams as a staff member but they fit show up on the time sheet list to enter times

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Has the employee been assigned to a location in the MYOB Team admin portal ? Once assigned to the admin portal they should receive an email to create an MYOB Team app so that they can log there timesheets.
