myob Teams not population across to myob

Hi,

 

My myob Teams timesheets that have been approved are not population across to myob. I have set up a few other files and the are population across just fine.  Last week we ran a trial and that also populated across for this file - what is going wrong all of a sudden? It is set to kiosk.

    Thanks for your post. Have the timesheets been approved in the MYOB Team admin portal ? If the have, can you please provide a screenshot of the approved timesheets and a screenshot of what appears in the software so we can take a look into this for you.

    Hi,

     

    Yes they were approved by another manager. I am also an approving manager on the system but another manager approved them this week.

    I had to pay the run so I entered all the times manually- painfull! For this reason the screen shot will not be accurate for you - I can tell you that in myob the hours all showed up as 0 for each day (in lieu of blank).

     

    I have the next run Tuesday and if this happens again I will screen shot it and follow this thread to try and get this issues sorted.  They have all casuals so manually entering this information is not appropriate.

    Just checking to see how you went with the next pay run ? Did the figures populate correctly ?

    Hi,

     

    Yes it did populate across the following week.  Then again the week after it didn't.  We populated okay this week and we have a theory.  I believe the client when approving the hours may pressing pressing approve rostered hours (which there are none of) and that is coming across with nothing.  I have asked her to keep on eye on her approving.  It would be great if you could unapprove it - that way when that mistake happens she go back and approve correctly.  Food for thought.
