MYOB timesheet show 0 hours

Hi there,

Our company recently started using MYOB teams to record employees' hours. However, after manager approves from app, MYOB essential show 0 hour for each day.  Please let me know how to fix this problem, as this is increasing my work load to manual record everyone's hour.

    Hi, JYU

Thanks for your post, and we're sorry for the delayed response.

Were your employees able to add timesheets using their mobile app? Also, if you can add a screenshot of the timesheet submitted by your employees and the timesheet approved by the approving manager, this will help us a lot in resolving your concern. Make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

We are looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

    Hi Doreen,

I've attached the screenshot from MYOB teams when the approving manager approves the timesheet. Sometimes I will have to amend employee's hours from my side manually. Those approved by me can be shown correctly when I create the pay run, but for others approved by the approving manager, timesheet hours are all 0. This has been happening over the last 2 months. But the very first time when we using MYOB teams app it was fine.

    Hi, JYU

Thank you for sending the requested screenshots.

As per checking, there are number of submitted hours on the timesheets. With that, please click on the Next button when processing the pay. This way, the submitted hours from the MYOB Team app will show up on the next window. Lastly, kindly check the pay cycle. Based on the screenshot you sent, the pay period is from 19/02/2024-25/02/2024 which is a week. Please let us know how it goes on your end.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

    Hi Doreen,

Thanks for the reply, however, please check again the screenshot, 19/02/2024-25/02/2024 is MYOB team not MYOB essential payroll. The 2nd screenshot is the payroll.

    Hi, JYU

On the rostered hours column, there will be no hours recorded because you are using timesheets. If you will notice, there are submitted hours already which came from timesheets entered. To have these timesheet hours shown on pay run, please click on the 'Next' button. Also, kindly change the pay cycle to weekly instead of having fortnightly. If there are still no hours showing after clicking next, please take a screenshot.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

Unfortunately, nothing was fixed. When creating payroll, the timesheet doesn't import recoreded hours from the MYOB team.
