No Timesheet Option in Myob Teams

Timesheets and Roster not visable in Myob Teams, has anyone else had this issue?

Timsheets are clicked to be tracked in general payroll settings, Myobs team is set up with Location, approving manager, employees however no timesheet or roster shows up.

Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused that the timesheet or roster is not showing on your MYOB teams and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.  
     
    Regarding this issue, I would like to express gratitude for providing additional details about your concern, which will help us investigate further. If employees are unable to view timesheets or the roster within the App, you can advise them to log out and then log back in. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to uninstall and then reinstall the App.

     

    If the problem persists despite the previous steps, the next course of action would be to delete the employee and then send them a new invitation. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in our Help Article Using the MYOB Team admin portal.

  • Hi Leneth,

    Timesheets and rosters are not showing on my end or the employees end.

    I had tried deleting location and resetting this also hasnt worked.

    There are several reasons why you are experiencing issues with MYOB Team timesheets and rosters not showing up for you or your employees. I would recommend taking these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue: 

      

    1. Update the App:  

    • Make sure that you and your employees are using the latest version of the MYOB Team app. Outdated versions may have bugs that can affect functionality. Update the app to the latest version if necessary. 

    2. Clear Cache and Cookies:  

    • If you are using MYOB Team in a web browser, clearing the browser's cache and cookies can help resolve display issues. Cached data may sometimes interfere with the proper loading of timesheets and rosters. 

    3. Check User Permissions:  

    • Review the user permissions and roles assigned to both you and your employees. Ensure that everyone has the necessary permissions to access timesheets and rosters.
