Hi
Our payrun is for week ending 27.03.26, but the payday is 01.04.26
The MYOB will not let me change the pay day and will not let me submit to IRD, even though it says we are linked.
It has already amended the KiwiSaver default rate even though the pay relates to a pay prior to 01.04.26
How do I correct this?

I can see why that'd be a bit of a head-scratcher, especially when the payday won't update and it throws off your IRD submission, and with the KiwiSaver rate changing in the mix. This was a known issue on our end, but it's now been fixed. We've also tested it on our side and everything's working as expected again. If you're still running into trouble, it could just be your browser hanging onto some old data. Try clearing your cache or switching to a different browser and give it another crack. That usually does the trick.

Tried the suggestion but still has automatically update Kiwisaver, won't let me change the pay day to prior to 01.04.26. Can someone call me asap?
