We have been using the MYOB team since November. A staff member has just noticed they can alter their logged on times through the app. even though the system has been set up to capture time only from the tablet. How can we stop staff using their app to alter times before all staff are aware this can be done and the system is abused?

All this can be done prior to approval by manager.

Thanks for your posts and sorry for the delay in our response. If your using the Kiosk feature where employees can clock on and clock off, only the approving managers can edit the times recorded.
Are you able to provide screenshots of where the staff have edited there times from within the Kiosk so I can take a look into this further.
The change to the times can be done via the app prior to approvals.
We now have the issue where other staff members have realised they can alter times.
Could you please supply the solution?
Has this been set up cporrectly?
We would really appreciate an answer.
