Super Payment

Hello I cannot proces super payments. I keep getting th following error. 

I am the business user and have all permissions available. This only happened after the MYOB update last year. 

Can you please assist?

 

MYOB Sorry, you haven't been given permission to record payments. You'll need to either get the business owner to give you permission, or get someone who has permission to record the payment instead.

    Is the email you use to sign into the Community Forum (here) the same email you use to access your file?
