Superannuation Error

- F&Z Health Pty Ltd - serial no. 6xxxxxxxxxx
I had paid the Super for my employees on 08/02 but my employees have stated that they have not received their Super payments. Can you please help to see what happened here. We had received communication that there was an issue with Super payments. I need this sorted ASAP
 
I have called and emailed many times and cannot get through. I have been on hold for over an hour.

    The serial number and super payment details have been removed from your post for security and privacy. Please do not post sensitive information on the public Forum.

     

    Having a look at your account that super payment has the status Payment Failed.

     

    If the payment was originally withdrawn from your bank account and then refunded you will need to follow the steps in this Help Article to reverse and reprocess the super payment: Reversing superannuation payments

     

    If the payment was never withdrawn from your bank account reverse and reprocess the super payment as above.

     

    If the payment was withdrawn but has not been refunded please let me know so that I can raise a case to have this investigated.
