Timesheet Approval not working

Hi

I have been having problems accessing Timesheet Approval from the Phone App.

I have tried logging out & in, deleting the App & reinstalling, nothing seems to work.

I keep getting the same error message, "Sorry about that! There was an error retrieving your timesheets, please try again later."

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue?

    In this matter, if you are the approving manager I would suggest to ask the administrator to remove you and re-add as approving manager. This Help Article Getting started with MYOB Team will provide you with more information and instructions to assist you with this.

    I tried removing and re-adding myself as per your instructions and I am still having the same error message.

    Do you have any other suggestions?
