"28 days remaining to upgrade"

Hi,

The banner requesting we upgrade to secure invoicing so that we can sharing invoices has changed.

We have chosen not to sign up and the banner in AR is now reading "You have 28 days remaining to upgrade to secure invoicing."

What happens at the end of the 28 days?

    Only your ability to share invoices from your file will be impacted if you don't complete the business verification. If you need help or have any further questions, please raise a case from your My Account dashboard and the team can assist accordingly.

    Hi as_designerform​

     

    If verification isn’t completed within the specified time frame, the ability to share and send out invoices will be restricted. You can read all about the deadline and all information regarding the business verification process here

    If you require assistance throughout the verification process, please raise a case from your My Account dashboard and the team will be able to reach out and help.

    • We are already restricted eg: unable to email invoices. 

      Are there any further restrictions pending at the end of the 28 days?

  • Thanks for the info...Not sure why there is a countdown for something that we have already lost - the ability to email invoices.

    Maybe it's a countdown for the banner to disappear.  I'm sure we will find out in now "27 Days".
