Every time I try to sign up for Secure Invoicing as I'm am being forced to by MYOB, I keep getting this error message. I don't really have time to spend 3 hours on the phone to talk to someone so I'm hoping that some one can get this sorted. If this is something I have to do, at least make a simple process.

Hey pippypip,
First, have a quick look at your user access and make sure your role is set to admin for the file. If that checks out and the error still pops up when verifying your business, then it’s something our team needs to look at. You can reach out to them by creating a support case via My Account under Category = Financial Services.

Followed the steps and then created a support case. A week later, still no response from MYOB.
