Thanks for your post.
The inability to change customer details in every invoice once it's saved is indeed a limitation in the current version of the browser as of the moment. I understand that there are some features that differ from the software and browser versions of MYOB. However, your concern is duly noted and will be reported to the required team to investigate further for future updates. Rest assured that we are open to suggestions and will provide communications and updates when these suggestions are implemented in the software. You could also post here MYOB Business/Essentials Ideas for feature enhancements and updates.
