We appreciate you flagging this to us. Sorry for the experience. If you are not seeing the invoice on your dashboard, make sure you log in to this link and check the email address you are using when you log in to the account. After you log in, can you confirm what appears on the dashboard or is there an error message that pops up on your screen? You can send us a screenshot of your dashboard or the error message (if any), so we can check on the issue We also recommend clearing the browsing cache as this may help fix certain problems or you can also try it on a different browser.
