Invoice verification issue

When I tried to send an invoice this message comes up "our business verification is incomplete, and invoice share functionality has been restricted. Contact us to complete verification and restore functionality.

Log a Financial Services request in

    Hi Emma_Ladd,

     

    You can find the phone number through this link by clicking the support for MYOB Business (browser) and MYOB AccountRight (desktop) option at the lower part of the page. If you have access to My Account, log in at myaccount.myob.com and click Contact support for immediate help with your invoice verification issue.

    Im having the same issues and cant get a reply for MYOB, snet a request through on the 7th and still waiting, in the meantime cant email invoices. Did you get a reply for how to resolve this?

    Hi kirby26,

    Looking at your email registered here on the Community Forum with the Serial Number ending in 5943, I can see that it has already been approved since January 25. Therefore, you shouldn't be having this issue. If you're referring to a different Serial Number, please reply to the email that has been sent to you, and our representative assigned to your case will be happy to assist you.

    Hey 5943 isnt my serial number mine ends in 3640.

  • I'm having this same problem and cannot find a phone number for support, my serial number ends in 7807. I've logged a support request but need assistance asap. Can anyone assist please?
