Hi NWLTSDD,
Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the community forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.
In MYOB Business/Essentials, it'll allow you to attach documents to emailing invoices by going to Invoices >> Select the chosen invoice >> Select the email button. At the bottom of the send to customer window (under the message) is the option to add or upload the attachments. You can then select the attachment to send along with the invoice.
If you've processed this when you send the invoice, the attachment will be included once the customer receives the invoice. To make sure, you can try to send the invoice along with the attachments to your personal email. Once the email is successfully sent, an attachment should be included with the invoice.
Please let me know if you require any further assistance with this. I'm happy to assist.
Cheers,
Princess

Hi UpWrite,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.
In this regard, when the customer receives the invoice, the attachment will be present if you processed it when you sent the invoice. You might try sending the invoice and any attachments to your email to check if you will receive the invoice. Once the has been sent properly, the invoice should have an attachment.
You can attach documents to emailing invoices by going to Invoices >> Select the Chosen Invoice >> Select the email button. At the bottom of the send to customer window under the message is the option to add or upload the attachments. You can then select the attachment to send along with the invoice.
