Question

Hi,&nbsp;I am using Myob Essential and it is since 14 days ago, I received below warning:You have&nbsp;6&nbsp;days&nbsp;remaining to upgrade to secure invoicing. To continue sharing invoices and accepting payments&nbsp;upgrade now.Our customer makes the payment directly to the bank. I enter invoices manually to MYOB and when payment receiving in the bank, I allocate to the invoice and send updated to invoice by using: Sharing, Email invoice" to the customer. Does the above warning means that I would not be able to send invoices to customers if I don't upgrade?Regards,Sara

I would like to know this also...it is very vague as to if this is mandatory or optional.

Hey SaraE Adele2442&nbsp;
Your ability to email invoices through the file will be impacted if you do not complete the verification process. You'll be able to manually save your invoices as PDF's and email them out yourself, however emailing the invoice through the file will be restricted until the business verification process is complete.

I email loads of invoice every day so basically there is no choice! I have begrudgingly started the upgrade but wow the info!!! our director is away on holiday for a few months and I have 5 days to do upgrade... I am stuffed.

Now looking at moving over to Xero as to manually email our invoices is near on impossible!
