Link different bank accounts to different invoice templates

Hi there
My business [one ABN] trades under 2 business names and I have a different bank account for each.

I can't work out how to change the bank account details in the second template that I set up.

Can anyone offer directions on that?

Thanks

Pete

    Hey elcamino,

If you're using the same ABN for two different business names, you'll need to update the bank account details on the second template to reflect the different account. To change the bank details, you should be able to edit the template directly on MYOB Business. Here's a link that you can check for more information and detailed steps.

    Best regards,

That link is for AccountRight. When I follow the instructions, I can't find the 2 invoice templates that I created in the online version. So, I can't change the bank details in them.
a} Is there a way to do if via the online app?

b} Am I missing something that means those templates aren't visible in AccountRight?

    Thanks

    Hi elcamino,

Currently, it's not possible to change the bank details on invoice templates within web version or MYOB Business. I recommend submitting this as a suggestion to the MYOB Ideas Board. The product team reviews customer feedback to prioritise future updates, and your input would be valuable. If this suggestion is already submitted, you can cast a vote to show your support.

    Regards,

    Sai

Is there a reason why I can't see the templates created on the web version in AccountRight? Do they not talk to each other?

    Hi elcamino,

Invoice templates created in AccountRight won't appear in the web version because they operate on separate platforms.
