MYOB app will not save invoice

Will not save invoice whilst tax inclusive ,app will save invoice tax exclusive . if saved Tax Exclusive and the edit invoice to Tax inclusive it will save.  I can work all the way through creating the invoice but it won't save.  The error message says "Couldn't save invoice. Please try again." invoicing will work ok on the browser.

    Hey pwilki,

     

    When you see the error "Couldn't save invoice. Please try again," it usually means there's a few missing  bits in the customer card on the invoice app. To fix it up, make sure these fields are filled out:

     

    • Name
    • Tax code
    • Freight tax code

     

    If you still can't save the invoice after that, you can contact our support team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    The amounts should be tax exclusive .

    Right side column listed as ‘Tax inclusive’ bottom left column as ‘Tax exclusive ‘ customers are confused and paying minus gst .I have spent hours on the phone and MYOB support team is saying there is nothing wrong with the App. If you can’t help fix this problem that would be great.
