MYOB Invoice mobile app applies different field length rules and rejects already entered data in comments. Cannot save.

I have a default message (payment terms) in invoice comments. It is over 255 characters. That is valid for the If I open an invoice in the Invoice mobile app and make a change I cannot save the changes as the app then rejects the comments field entry as too long and the changes cannot be saved. The app should not be rejecting the field length rules applied elsewhere.

    Hey LiftedLiving,

The MYOB Invoice app applies a different character limit to the comments field, which means changes can't be saved if the text exceeds the app's limit. I know that this is something you'd like to see improved, and the best way to flag it with the team is by submitting a feedback through this link on the Community Forum.

    Cheers,

    Doreen

    Hi Doreen,

Thanks for the reply. When I click the link a message pops up in the top right corner of the screen that comes up even if I am already logged in. I can see no way to create a new issue.

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    Regards,

    Todd

    Hi LiftedLiving,

The previously linked thread is already an archived thread from the old Community forum. It's best to just create a new suggestion on the Ideas Exchange board, so others can vote for the increase in character limit moving forward.
