MYOB Invoices app not showing the shipping address

Hi All,

 

I am wanting to recommend MYOB Business to a client with a new business who is supplying photography services.  As most of the work is done away from both their office and away from their client's office, we want them to enter the photo shoot location in the shipping address fields.

 

Using the MYOB Invoice app, they should then be able to look up the customer and see the address to attend for the job.  They would also be able to use the Goto feature as a nav aid to get to the job.

 

So far I have been unable to find a way to view the shipping address for a customer in the Invoices app.

 

Has anyone had any success doing this? Or is the app just another MYOB 'work in progress'??

    Hi AlanT 

     

    Thank you for your post. You can look up a customer's address under the Contacts tab, then if you click on it it will take you to your preferred navigation app.

     

    However, to do this you would need to add the address under "Billing Details" instead of "Shipping Details".

      Thank you for your reply.

       

      Unfortunately that is exactly the problem with this software.  While I am aware that this can be done for the billing address, where the ship to address is different it is more important to be able to use this address for the navigation software to use.

       

      I mean, that is where the customer wants the goods or services delivered to.  I rate this a bug or if it is regarded by MYOB to be a design feature, then it is pointless.
