Secure Invoicing opt out?

I am confused by this being dropped on us with no warning ... an email would have been nice!

Can we opt out of offering online payment options after signing up for this?

We only receive payments from 3/4 big clients and they NEVER pay by anything other than Bank deposit. (and never will)

Offering anything else is pointless. What happens if we don't sign up?

    It is ridiculous that we have to verify and then opt out.  If we don't want or need should be able to "Opt Out" without going through the process.

  • I have no desire to add all the information that you are requesting for online payment of sales invoices. our companies have no use for this method. Please fix this.

  • Persistant requests for people to use secure invoicing is a farce.  I went in to have a look and when I realised not for us I opted out and now every time I open sales I get an annoying  note at the top saying I no longer have access to share my invoices.  No way can I remove this.  This should be treated and spam as I am told they cannot remove this annoying sign.  I want to remove it or I will go to another program for paying and processing accounts

    If you don't wish to use online payments, you'll be able to switch it on/off to your preferences after the business verification process is complete. Step by step instructions to manage your online payment preferences can be found on this page. If you do not complete the business verification process, you will be unable to share invoices directly from your file. This means that distribution of invoices using the secure methods of email, copy link and SMS will be unavailable.

    If you have any questions about the verification process, please raise a case from your My Account dashboard, make sure to select 'Financial Services' as the category and the team will be able to reach out and assist.

      I am very disappointed in the way that MYOB have forced this onto existing customers. I understand if you advise potential customers of the requirement for a business verification process as they have an option to join MYOB. The owners of our business also have an option and they have asked me to book a training course with XERO. I tried to complete your verification process and on the first page l had two issues one with an incorrect prefilled trading name and the other was a rejection of our email address. I thought I would go forward to the next page and fill in the fields that I could then ring MYOB  and resolve any other issues I found, but it won't let me go forward to the next page until the current page's errors are fixed. I'm sorry but l am too busy to wait an hour for a reply from a person I find difficult to understand on every query I have during the verification process.
