Secure invoicing turned off but still adding ability to pay online

We have secure invoicing turned OFF. (I have checked and triple checked so please don't tell me to do it again.) But for some unknown reason some of our invoices still have the pay online option printed on our invoices. There were 10 invoices printed on the same day and of those 5 had the option visible, 5 did not. This is crazy!! We DO NOT want this and I assumed having opted out this would be the case. But I guess I should have known better as this is MYOB after all :(

 

We have to manually cross-out the option which leaves our invoices looking very messy and unprofessional.

    Hi TC1808​ , a possible cause, existing invoices, at the time of verification, will be enabled for online payment, this has to be turned off on each one individually.

      I don't think so as I turned it off as soon as it was made available which is a few months ago now. These invoices have only been generated in the last couple of weeks. Even the quotes (we create invoices from the quotes) have only been created in the last month or two so would have been well within the time I turned secure invoicing off.
