Stopping online payments

I've repeatedly asked for help )none provided) about online credit card payments which I didn't want or need.

 

It's no longer available to me because

a:) my install was BROKEN and couldn't obtain assistance

b) wasn't interested in the service so I didn't complete the authorisation forms before May 30

 

So why is the tick box on the invoice form STILL available if I don't offer online payments?

    Thanks for your post. It seems like this service is still activated on your account. To deactivate it, follow the steps in this help article: Deactivating online payments. If you have tried this already and this issue still persists, please send me a private message with your serial number, so we can get this resolved for you.

      I tried to deactivate the online payments but it still says it's activate.  It's been like this for 12 months support with MYOB is hopeless.  I tried to send this to feedback and support but you only have a mailto link for that, pretty amateur hour.

    Not good enough. I didn't apply either and it's has it on the email being sent to my customers. I think they are they trying to force us to use an overpriced service we don't want or need
