I can't find where to enter a notice of assessment in the online tax software. I rang support and the person I spoke to suggested that it doesn't get entered at all, just upload the notice to documents portal.
Is this correct?
I have been entering notice of assessment details and generating letters for a number of years in desktop AE tax. I have now started working in practice tax online. Please read my query and my responses to suggestions above.

Are you saying that agents are not able to process notices of assessment in MYOB practice? MYOB AO will not allow you to process them on the desktop because the return was not prepared there.
How good would it be if an MYOB staff could provide a response regarding this?
