Partner Manager

I need to find out who my partner manager is. I had a message from someone a while ago who said he was my new partner manager and that he would send me an email to intorduce himself. I haven't received any email and at the time I was too busy to chase it up. 

I now have a few issues after changing my email and I haven't been able to get much help from support.

    I ahve found my partner manager and he has responded to my email. Thank you.

    You should be able to find it in your Partner Portal with a bit of digging.

    In your partner portal, click on your initials in the dark left hand, vertical task bar, and then click Launch My Success. You should be able to go to https://mysuccess.myob.com to get there as well. 

    Click on your name in the top right menu bar and then select My Partner Profile. Your partner manager should be listed in right hand column.

    Thank you Wayne.

     

    Part of my problem was that I also couldn't login to My Success with the new email address. I have managed to log in with the old email address and obtain the details. So this is another issue that I now have.
