This report is saying there is no information to display. I know this is not the case.
I see in another thread you need to have a script run. How do I go about doing this?

We have identified an issue with this report and apologise for the inconvenience caused. There is a script we can run over the file which will fix the issue.
Please send me the impacted product Serial Number and Company File Name by Private Message so I can organise to run that script for you.
