Thanks for your post. Could you please clarify what you are trying to do? Are you referring to the Setup>>Preferences>>Sales>>Automatically Email Sales When They are Recorded? Do you have emailing set up in AccountRight: Sending emails? Have you tried sending an email to yourself?
Let me know how you get on with this.

have checked in card file under selling invoices to be printed and emailed
under preferences have ticked to be emailed
have tried to my email address no luck
I am trying to set up when I prine invoice that it automatically emails invoice to
NO Reply as yet

Thanks for the clarification. This setting is meant to print and email the invoice once you record it. Could you clarify if you are set up to email out of AccountRight? And could you double check whether the Order Delivery is set to To be Emailed when you record this invoice? After recording the invoice, do you go to Print/Email Invoices and send it from there? Make sure you have all the correct filters for that invoice selected.
