I'm writing to confirm that I have now uplaoded and provided the necessary trust details, so that my business can be verified, despite my strong disagreement with the requirement - due to personal details being included in the Trust Deed.
I felt the process was quite confrontational and, frankly, slightly threatening - particularly the warning that the email functionality for invoices would be disabled if I did not comply. Unfortunately, MYOB did proceed to stop the emailing of invoices, which has been disruptive to my business operations.
Now that I have submitted all the required documentation, I expect the email functionality to be reinstated immediately.
Would you please advise when the email function will be reinstated.
