Cannot produce the Sales (Salesperson Summary) Report

Is there a reason why the Sales (Salesperson Summary) Report is unable to be run?  It seems to be a regular occurrence.

    Can you please give details of what error you're getting while trying to run this report and if you're running it in the desktop version ?

    It just times out on the Desktop Version.

     

    On the Online version it says 'Something went wrong' try refreshing your browser (Customer Sales Report).

    Hi KarenHall 

    As it's timing out, can you try to shorten the date range before running the report and let us know if it then displays? This can help us identify if the timeout needs to be extended, and if possible, try running the report on both the desktop and browser version again.
