Can't access invoice reminder settings

Only found now that cannot access invoice reminders - searched and this was a problem over a year ago.  Is it still being looked at?  I know you can go to the web browser to access, but when will it be accessible again on the desktop?

    Thank you for your post. We apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing with the invoice reminders on the desktop. We understand the importance of this feature in the desktop version. This is a known issue, and our development team is actively working to address it and find a solution. While we don't have any specific time for when desktop access to invoice reminders will be restored, please be assured that our team is investigating. In the meantime, as you've mentioned, you can still access this through the web browser. We appreciate your patience as we work towards a solution, and we'll ensure your feedback is forwarded to the relevant team for consideration.

    How long will it take MYOB to fix this issue. This has been going on for a while now

    Hi Buffd,

     

    Thank you for the post and for letting us know your concern. We do apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused you. We are fully aware that some of our customers are still affected by this issue, and our development team is already investigating about this. For now, you can manage the invoice reminder by going to app.myob.com. Go into Sales Settings > Reminders > Reminders Settings.

    This results in a blank screen. 

    Could you please advise how to turn off invoice reminders, some of our customers are reciving ten or more emails a day, everyday. Some are reciving invoice reminders for other compnaies. I have had to resort to removing email addresses from MYOB, not ideal.

    We appreciate your patience with this. We're aware of an issue that results in some users only seeing a blank page when they click the Invoice Reminders button. We're working to fix this issue. If this affects you, you can open your invoice reminders settings when you access your company file in a web browser - just click your Business nameSales settings> Reminders tab> Reminders settings button. This helpful article, setting up invoice reminders will give the detailed information and steps to assist you with this.

    Nope, this dosnt help.

    MYOB is now sending invoice reminders even when I have removed all email addresses from customer cards.

    Why would this be happening?

May we know if the invoice reminder is still sending when you do the next invoice after fixing the reminder setting button and following the given steps on the help article?
