Cash Sale customer has completely disappeared from our company file

Hi

 

Out of nowhere, our customer card for "Cash Sale" has completely vanished. It isn't inactive and has processed thousands of sales which would mean it couldn't be deleted because of its sales history. Are you able to advise how this might have happened & how we can fix it?

    Oh my god lol.

     

    Somebody who accessed the company file renamed the "Cash Sale" to something else xD.
