Contractors and Timesheets

Hi

I understand the Time Billing section is for employees only. Would this be suitable for non-time billing time for employees? We have casual staff whose time is not billed to Customers.

 

The other query I have is whether there are any time billing apps that link to MYOB, as I believe we would be unable to use the Time Billing Section for our needs.

 

We hire contractors to undertake jobs. We need to track jobs and the contractors' hours, mileage, expenses, etc. Some of these contractors are sole traders and are considered 'deemed' employees, but others are partnerships and companies which do not fall into that category.

 

We obviously need to pay the contractor and also invoice their fees to the Customer.

 

Any thoughts on a system that will migrate with MYOB would be extremely beneficial.

    Thank you for your post. If you just need to track the hours worked for those casual employees you could use Timesheets

     

    The official app for MYOB is called MYOB Team. You could use this for time billing as well as payroll, but not time billing alone. If you would like to see if there is a suitable 3rd party add-ons available, here is the Add-on Centre.
