Error 4077 (You have sales for this item)

Question

Hi,I am getting Error 4077 when importing items. I understand there is a script that can be run to correct this error. Where or how can I access and run this script. The file is online. Would like to correct this as I have some 5,000 items to update.&nbsp; Thanks

Welcome to the Community Forum.Would you please send me a Private Message containing the following:&nbsp;

&nbsp;Business name
Serial Number
Company File Id (located under Help &gt; about MYOB)

&nbsp;
Once I have this information I should be able to run the script for you.
