Frozen Invoice Reminder Window

I've been having this problem for a while. Under the Card information, "Selling Details" TAB,  "Invoice Reminders" Button.

 

When pressing this button, it just freezes. It doesn't open the Invoice Reminder.

 

Any solutions?

    Hi FTA123,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    Our teams are aware of the issue where the Invoice Reminders Window is appearing blank and are working to resolve this. 

     

    The current workaround would be to open the software in the browser (app.myob.com) and complete the action there.
