Historical Balancing account issue

Hi,

 

It looks like after a recent update a Historical Balance account has appeared causing the balance sheet to not balance.

 

It is the same amount as the amount in the Setup -> Opening Balances unallocated amount. And it is the only amount which is causing the balance sheet to not balance.

 

I also tried other methods mentioned on the forum but with no success. E.g. Refreshing the balance:

 

  1. Go to Setup>>Balances>>Account Opening Balances
  2. Find an account in the list that has a zero balance
  3. Enter a $1 balance for that particular account before selecting OK
  4. Go back into the Account Opening Balance and remove that $1 from that particular account.

The next step seemed to be a file repair?

    Please send us your product serial number and screenshot of the balance sheet by Private Message, so we can investigate this and escalate for repair if required.
