I can't cancel my subscription
I really need to cancel my subscription as I don't use MYOB anymore. I have been trying for more than a month and every time I call, there is a recorded message saying that there is more than a 60 minute wait. I stay on hold and then at about 20 mins, the call drops out.
I have logged into my online account and it says I don't have access to my billing details. I just want to either speak with someone or work out how to cancel online. Any tips?
