In Tray - Information Pick Up

Hi 

 

Is anyone else having issues with Myob picking up information from invoices imported to the In Tray. I am finding that I have to correct quite a few that never were a problem and today its now not picking up invoices numbers. I did try to ring MYOB but was told I would have 83 minute wait.

    Yes, I am having issues with this!  Invoice is correct from the supplier and sitting in the In-Tray.  Problem comes when MYOB is generating and pulling through to the supplier account.  Also, as of today I am unable to drill down into the supplier account from the purchases register to manually adjust.

      Sorry to hear that you have had that experience with contacting our phone-based team. This error usually occurs if the system is having trouble reading the text on a document.

       

      Can you reply with examples of the document that didn't work so I can reproduce the error on my end?
